Paparazzi pictures of topless Claudia Schiffer and her husband Matthew Vaughn (also know as Matthew de Vere Drummond) were taken during their honeymoon in June/2002 at Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, and first printed by Italian tabloid Novella 2000.
According to the pictures, newlywed Mr. Vaughn doesn't seem to pay to much attention to his nude supermodel wife, being on the cell phone all the time.

And some older topless paparazzi shots of Claudia having a good time with some friends on the yacht, published in 09/1993 issue of Spanish tabloid Interviú. Not sure exactly where and when these were taken:
