Cindy won't pose for Playboy again

As we all know, Cindy Crawford was the first supermodel of her generation to appear in Playboy magazine in July of 1988, she returned ten years later in October of 1998 with abother pictorial once again photographed by Herb Ritts. In '98 Playboy Cindy mentioned that she'd like to come back in another 10 years, and something tells me that PB execs remembered that, so I'm pretty sure she had some sort of a pending invitation for another appearance.

Now Cindy says she will not pose for Playboy ever again, as reported by News24.com, and many many other sources. Basically it boils down to this: (i) she doesn't want her kids (Presley and Kaia) to have hard times with it; (ii) she couldn't trust a photographer the way she trusted Herb Ritts

I understand and respect her second reason - these days Playboy doesn't have any photographer who can measure up to late Herb Ritts.

As far as her kids having a hard time over her appearing in Playboy again goes, I don't really buy it. Something tells me that nowadays it won't take long for any kid who would want to tease Presley or Kaia to dig out the info and the pictures dating back to '88 and '98.

Of course her decision is understantable, it's the reasoning that is questionable. Forgive me for saying that, but 'I don't want my kids to be teased about it' is such a cliche, besides she just appeared in a complete see-through dress in February issue of UK Vogue, I know there is a difference between Vogue and Playboy, but still...

Anyway we won't be seeing anything like that any more:
